The Education RTO student handbook is given to students at the beginning of their course and explains the Department of Education registered training organisation's (RTO) roles and responsibilities in providing students with training and support services that will assist them in completing the training program. It also outlines the responsibilities of a student within the RTO and what is expected of them.
